Stoneyard is a lovely one-bedroom ground floor property which has beautiful views of the fells and paddocks. The spacious open plan living area is flooded with light from windows on both sides and the oak flooring complements the contemporary style of this well fitted cottage. The living area leads to a cosy twin bedroom and a bathroom with sink, WC and power shower. Patio doors lead from the lounge to a patio, a perfect place to sit and enjoy the morning sun.

  • Our properties are centrally-heated by our biomass boiler which provides constant hot water and heating. Each property has a wood burning stove. Logs are provided at no extra cost.

Ground Floor Property

Stoneyard can accommodate up to 2 guests in one twin bedroom.

A private entrance door with level access leads directly into a spacious open plan kitchen, dining and living area with an oak floor.

There is a set of french doors leading to a small patio with table and chairs overlooking the walled garden and far-reaching views across the valley.

The kitchen includes an oven, hob, fridge, microwave, toaster and dishwasher.

The lounge area has a sofa, single chair, TV, woodburning stove and the lighting has been thoughtfully planned with a choice of ceiling, wall and table lamps.

The living area leads directly into a twin bedroom which leads on into a shower room.

The shower room includes a sink, w.c and a corner shower.

Outdoor Space & Parking

The gardens of this property are shared with three other properties ( The Coach House, Stoneheights & Stone End). The front door of this property has level access to the walled courtyard and the rear door leads to the walled garden ( 3 steps ) which has stunning views equipped with tables & chairs.
