- High Season is counted as April - September inclusive.
- Horse Holidays April - September inclusive. Please email first if you want to book Oct to March as this is not always possible.
How to Book
- Bookings can be made online via our website, or we can do this for you. Please email or telephone with details of your booking.
- A 25% non refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
- Final balance is due 6 weeks before arrival.
- The minimum stay for midweek bookings is 3 nights and 2 nights for weekend bookings.
- Arrival is from 3pm, checkout is 10am except Sunday which is 11am.
- The maximum number of guests we can accommodate when all 5 properties are booked together, including 2 extra beds is 29. This figure excludes infants. (There is a sofa bed in Stone End which could increase the total to 30).
- There are two travel cots on site and one high chair - please reserve at the time of booking.
- The above price includes superfast broadband, towels, bed linen ( beds are made up), heating and logs. Shampoo, hand soap, toilets rolls, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, dishcloths, kitchen roll and tea towels are provided during your stay.
- Private catering and private coach/minibus is available locally. Please see our website for recommendations and contact details.
- Online groceries are available from Tesco, Asda and Sainsbury's.
- We welcome up to 2 dogs per property or 4 dogs if booking the whole site. The charge to cover the additional cleaning is £30 for the first dog, and £15 for each additional dog per stay. This must be pre-booked. For any dog not pre-booked the charge is £50 per dog. We have superb dog walking trails straight from our gate.
- Please note the use of your own bbq, fireworks, bouncy castles or any outdoor inflatable equipment or archery is not permitted on site.
- Gas BBQ available for hire
- Sorry, we do not accept bookings from stag groups.
