- A non refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Final balance is due 6 weeks before arrival.
- Use of the Spa Room is included. This is a shared facility.
- The minimum stay for midweek bookings is 3 nights and 2 nights for weekend bookings.
- Arrival is from 3pm, checkout is 10am except Sunday which is 11am.
- The maximum number of guests we can accommodate when all 5 properties are booked together, including 3 extra beds is 30. This figure excludes infants.
- Cots are not provided but guests are welcome to bring their own travel cot with bedding.
- The above price includes superfast broadband, towels, bed linen ( beds are made up), heating and logs. Shampoo, hand soap, toilets rolls, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, dishcloths, tea towels are provided during your stay.
- Private catering and private coach/minibus is available locally. Please see our website for recommendations and contact details.
- Online groceries are available from Tesco, Asda and Sainsbury's.
- We welcome up to 2 dogs per property or 4 dogs per booking at an additional charge of £10 per pet. We have superb dog walking trails straight from our gate.
- Please note the use of fireworks, bouncy castles or any outdoor inflatable equipment or archery is not permitted on site.
- Sorry, we do not accept bookings from stag groups.
Booking and payments:
If you wish to make a booking we require a 25% non refundable deposit. We are happy to hold dates for 24 hours without obligation. If you wish to book please email us with confirming the full name, address and telephone contact details of the lead guest and we will reply with booking and payment details. Please note we do not take payments by phone, all payments are made via bank transfer. Final balances are 6 weeks before arrival. Street Farm Cottages are an independent business wholly owned and run by Alison and Colin Muir. We do not use booking agencies, all bookings are handled by ourselves and we are available for direct contact by email or phone at any point by our customers.

Covid Refund Guarantee and Cancellation Policy:
Applies to bookings made on or after 1st February 2021
We guarantee to provide a full refund in the event we are closed at the time of your stay or if you are prevented from travel due to local lockdown restrictions due to Covid-19. Please note this refund guarantee applies only to the address given at the time when your booking was made and in relation to the travel restrictions at the time of your stay. This guarantee does not include the inability to travel because you or a member of your party are ill or are required to self-isolate. For all remaining cancellations our normal cancellation terms will apply:
- Up to 6 weeks before arrival - Full refund less the initial 25% deposit.
- Within 6 weeks of arrival: No refund.
